1. Agreement

Quiet Drawer is independently developed and operated by Gursel Kahraman. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must also follow the App Store rules and terms that apply to your Apple Account, device, purchases, and use of downloaded applications.

2. Permission to use Quiet Drawer

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quiet Drawer for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store rules. No ownership in the app or its content is transferred to you.

Quiet Drawer is designed as tactile, score-free entertainment. Descriptions of calm, satisfaction, focus, or relaxation describe the intended experience and are not promises of a particular result. The app is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service.

3. Local progress and device data

The app does not currently provide an account or developer-operated cloud save. Progress, settings, keepsakes, and private notes are primarily stored on your device. They may be lost when the app is deleted, device data is cleared or damaged, or you move to a device without a compatible device backup. You are responsible for maintaining any device backup you wish to use.

4. Rewarded station access

Quiet Drawer may offer voluntary rewarded ads after the included station access is used. Completing an offered rewarded ad guarantees the access described before the ad begins. Tracking permission is not required: when iOS tracking is off, the app requests a non-personalized ad and the same reward remains available.

Ads can fail to load, be unavailable, or be dismissed. No reward is promised until the advertising provider confirms completion. Availability may vary by country, device, privacy choice, network, inventory, or provider rules.

5. Ad-Free purchase

Quiet Drawer may offer a one-time, non-consumable Ad-Free purchase through Apple. It is not a subscription. The price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase control.

A verified Ad-Free entitlement removes Quiet Drawer’s rewarded-ad access gates. Ownership is associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase and is verified through StoreKit. Use Restore Purchases in the app when needed.

Apple processes billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund requests under its rules. If Apple reports a purchase as pending, refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalid, Quiet Drawer may delay, remove, or update the entitlement accordingly.

Future premium shelves or content are not currently offered for sale and are not included in the Ad-Free purchase unless the product description expressly says otherwise. Any future premium offer will have its own price, benefits, and terms before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the app unlawfully or to harm, harass, deceive, or infringe the rights of others;
  • circumvent access, purchase, security, consent, or advertising controls;
  • interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the app or connected services;
  • copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except where law expressly permits;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
  • use automated systems to extract content or manipulate service operation.

7. Intellectual property

Quiet Drawer, its station designs, visual presentation, text, audio treatment, code, and related materials are owned by Gursel Kahraman or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on services provided by Apple and Google, including App Store distribution and purchases, Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, and consent tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Quiet Drawer does not control their uninterrupted availability or all content shown in an advertisement.

9. Updates, changes, and availability

Stations, content, access rules, device support, and connected features may be improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable care will be taken not to remove a verified paid Ad-Free entitlement without a valid StoreKit reason. Some updates may be required to keep using the app securely or with current platform services.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Drawer is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or setting, or produce a particular emotional, health, or wellbeing outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gursel Kahraman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the app, loss of local progress, third-party services, or advertising. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes, severability, and applicable law

These terms may be updated to reflect app, provider, or legal changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence govern without depriving you of rights that cannot be waived. Please contact us first so there is an opportunity to resolve a concern directly.
