1. Who we are
Quiet Drawer is independently developed and operated by Gursel Kahraman. For privacy questions or requests, email quietdrawerapp@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Quiet Drawer mobile application and the official Quiet Drawer website. It does not cover websites or services operated independently by Apple, Google, or other third parties.
2. Information kept on your device
Quiet Drawer does not require an account. Your station progress, settings, collections, keepsakes, and private keepsake notes are stored locally on your device. Quiet Drawer does not upload private keepsake notes to analytics, advertising, billing, or support systems.
The app also keeps a limited local quality record, such as recent station-use totals and broad performance indicators. This record is used on the device to keep the experience working well and is automatically limited to a recent period. It is not sent as remote analytics.
Local information may be lost if you delete the app, clear its data, replace your device without a compatible device backup, or if local storage becomes unavailable. Quiet Drawer does not currently provide an account-based cloud backup.
3. Firebase services
Quiet Drawer uses selected Google Firebase services. Analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default and are presented as separate choices when you first use the app. You can change those choices later in Settings → Privacy & quality.
Optional usage analytics
If you allow anonymous usage analytics, Firebase Analytics receives bounded Quiet Drawer events about station engagement and daily drawer activity. These can include the station used, foreground time, whether a station cycle was completed, and broad entry context. Quiet Drawer does not send private notes, raw touch gestures, advertising response identifiers, or free-form error text to Analytics. Firebase may also attach standard pseudonymous app-instance, app, device, session, lifecycle, language, and approximate-region information.
Quiet Drawer does not send the contents of private notes, raw touch gestures, personal contact details, or a developer-created user account identifier to Analytics. Turning Analytics off stops future collection by Quiet Drawer; it does not necessarily erase information already processed by Google.
Optional crash diagnostics
If you allow crash diagnostics, Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash traces, timestamps, app and operating-system versions, device model and state, root or jailbreak status, and installation or crash identifiers. If Analytics is also enabled, Analytics breadcrumbs may be included with a crash report.
Crash diagnostics require the app to restart before a changed collection choice is fully applied. When collection is off, Quiet Drawer disables automatic collection and removes unsent reports from the device. Turning it off cannot withdraw reports already uploaded.
Operational Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config is used for a small, allowlisted set of app-functionality values, such as bounded content and access settings. It uses a Firebase installation identifier to retrieve configuration. Quiet Drawer does not use Remote Config personalization, advertising profiles, experiments, Analytics audiences, private notes, or gameplay gestures. Complete bundled defaults remain available if the service cannot be reached.
Google processes Firebase information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Service availability and provider practices may change over time.
4. Rewarded advertising and consent
Quiet Drawer uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform to offer voluntary rewarded sponsor messages. The app resolves Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choice before it opens Google’s regional consent flow, starts Mobile Ads, or requests an ad.
If you allow tracking through Apple’s system prompt, Google may use the advertising identifier and other permitted signals subject to your separate regional privacy choice. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, Quiet Drawer does not access the advertising identifier and forces restricted, non-personalized ad requests. A later regional privacy choice cannot override the iOS tracking decision.
Tracking permission is not required to use Quiet Drawer or to request a sponsor message. Users who decline tracking can receive non-personalized sponsor messages and earn the same station access. Where regional law requires an additional choice, Google’s consent form is shown after the iOS choice and the app checks that Google permits an ad request before loading one.
You can reopen required regional choices through Settings → Purchases & ad privacy → Regional ad privacy choices. This control cannot turn iOS tracking back on. You can report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate sponsor message from the same screen or through the support page.
Quiet Drawer never treats a consent-form choice as permission to override Apple’s App Tracking Transparency setting. When ATT is denied or restricted, advertising remains non-personalized.
5. Store purchases
New sales of Quiet Drawer’s optional one-time Ad-Free product are paused at the current launch. Restore Purchases remains available for an eligible purchase associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
When store purchasing is available, Apple or Google processes the payment, purchase history, store account, tax, refund, and billing information. Quiet Drawer receives only the limited store information needed to determine whether the product is valid, pending, acknowledged, refunded, revoked, owned, or restorable. Quiet Drawer does not receive your full payment-card details.
6. This website
This website does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies and contains no behavioral analytics scripts. It is hosted with Firebase Hosting. Google may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and measure service operations. If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer and manage your request.
8. Retention
- Local app data: kept on your device until you remove it, delete the app, or the device clears it.
- Firebase Analytics: retained according to the Firebase/Google Analytics retention settings in effect for the Quiet Drawer project and Google’s applicable policies.
- Crashlytics: crash reports and associated identifiers are generally retained by Firebase for 90 days before removal.
- Remote Config identifiers: handled according to Firebase installation and service-retention controls.
- Hosting request information: Firebase Hosting may retain IP addresses for a limited period, generally a few months, for abuse and usage analysis.
- Support messages: kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer, document, and protect the support exchange.
- Purchase records: retained by Apple or Google according to the applicable store’s legal and service requirements.
9. Your choices and rights
You can independently allow or decline usage analytics and crash diagnostics during first use and later in the app’s Privacy & quality settings. You can use Google’s privacy-options form when it is required and available, decline a rewarded ad, manage relevant device privacy settings, or delete the app to remove its local data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent for future processing. Email quietdrawerapp@gmail.com to make a request. Because Quiet Drawer has no user accounts and most gameplay data stays local, we may have limited ability to identify information associated with a particular device. We may ask for enough information to understand and lawfully respond to your request, but please do not send passwords, financial details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
10. Children
Quiet Drawer is a general-audience relaxation game and is not designed to collect account profiles or direct contact information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information deleted where appropriate. Advertising and consent treatment follows the age, region, store-rating, and provider settings applicable to the released app.
11. Security and policy changes
Quiet Drawer limits collection by design, separates optional permissions, and relies on platform and provider security controls. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This policy may be updated as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice or renewed choice.
